Terms of service

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

  1. Who we are. Pawsorted is a business name operated by Chanuk Moon, ABN 54 593 897 441. "We" and "us" means Pawsorted.
  2. Products. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on screen, and sizes and measurements are approximate. Product images may include props that are not included.
  3. Prices. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  4. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud, and will refund any amount paid.
  5. Cancelling an order. Email us within 12 hours of ordering to cancel. Once an order has been dispatched, it can't be cancelled, but our Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
  6. Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.
  7. Shipping, returns and refunds. These are covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.
  8. Pet safety. Our products are designed for normal pet use. Please choose the right size, follow the care instructions, supervise your pet with new products, and stop using any product that becomes damaged.
  9. Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
  10. Our liability. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price you paid.
  11. Discounts and offers. Discount codes and bundle offers can't be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may end at any time without affecting orders already placed.
  12. Website content. All text, graphics and branding on this site belong to Pawsorted or our licensors and can't be copied without permission.
  13. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
